Welcome back to Feats N’ Faults, where our Tiered Point System ranks and records our favorite characters based on their achievements and deeds. Please check the About Page for a more in-depth look at how points are awarded. Our Tier System is below for quick reference. Spoiler Warning!
It's time to look south as the Queen of Dragons approaches the Throne of Westeros. We all know that she eventually achieves her goal, even if it is fleeting. It is still to be seen if she will be able to conquer the Feats N' Faults throne. Those who want to play at home can list these characters based on their ranking from least to greatest. Let me know how your lists turned out in the comments. Today, we are analyzing Drogon, Rhaegal, Viderion, Daenerys, Viserys, Rakharo, and Khal Drogo.
Let’s Get Started!
Feats N’ Faults, GOT: Targaryen and Dothraki
7th Place, Viserys Targaryen: 0 FN’F Score (2011) 5 ep.
What a prissy little brat baby boy. Viserys is the definition of a crybaby king. He expects everything to just be handed to him and for the people to bend the knee and shout their praises. I would love to see how this prince grew up because where we first met him was a hostile and dangerous place. With the Dothraki riding around, I do not know how anyone could be as spoiled. Yet, he sold his sister and believed he had acquired an army. I doubt Drogo would have ever listened to him. I think he just wanted another wife. Viserys eventually oversteps, but at least he dies doing what he loves, shouting and crying while surrounded by gold. What a satisfying death.
6th Place, Rakharo: 2 FN’F Score (2011-2012) 8 ep.
Rakharo was a very loyal soldier. Even after the death of Drogo, he was there to help Daenerys. His life was short, however. He saved his queen on two separate occasions, but he never made it across the sea. Westeros is not the place for the weak, and he is not strong enough.
5th Place, Khal Drogo: 2 FN’F Score (2011) 10 ep.
I have to give Drogo one thing: he is an intimidating presence. Although his score doesn't reflect this, he was a formidable force during season one. I didn't expect him to die, especially not from an infection, but his death was necessary for two reasons. First, it allowed Daenerys to grow and evolve into the Mother of Dragons. Second, it established a sense of unpredictability, showing that anything can happen and anyone can die. This made every scene during the early episodes feel tense and suspenseful. Drogo often played the role of the threat; he truly was a badass. One of my favorite moments in the entire series is when he poured molten gold over Viserys's head—pure perfection. If only he had lived longer. I doubt he would have made it into our top royal council with a score of 2. He just wasn't able to achieve enough.
4th Place, Viserion: 9 FN’F Score (2011-2019) 22 ep.
It is time to cover the first dragon on Feats N' Faults! I never read the books. I assume these three are more differentiated, but in the show, you basically have the two little ones and Drogon. Viserion was one of the little guys. He died during a confrontation with the Night King, which created one of the most, oh shit, moments in the show. The second Night King took Viserion down, I thought the world was doomed. A mother fuckin ice dragon!!! Come on, how cool is that? Viserion scored most of his points while under the Night King's control. Destroying the Wall and taking out northerners was easy for him. He did not have enough screen time before the last season to make a name for himself. I wonder how his brothers made out?
3rd Place, Rhaegal: 10 FN’F Score (2011-2019) 24 ep.
We made it to the top three, and Rhaegal was able to defeat Viserion by just a single feat. This victory brought us to double digits, as this dragon burned and killed hundreds of people in Westeros. It’s fortunate that Jon earned Rhaegal’s trust because I wouldn’t want to be on this dragon’s bad side.
2nd Place, Drogon: 47 FN’F Score (2011-2019) 31 ep.
Woah, what a jump in points! Drogon scored more than four times what Rhaegal achieved. He was always the favorite, but I never expected him to reach these kinds of numbers. Drogon was a formidable weapon used by Daenerys during her conquest of Westeros. He saved his mother on multiple occasions, burned and charred hundreds of people, and even melted the Iron Throne. Drogon left a lasting impact on this world, which is why his score is so impressive. I just love this dragon!
To put his accomplishments into perspective, he scored better than Prime Loki from the MCU and even surpassed fellow Game of Thrones character Arya Stark. His strength was simply too much to compete against. Well done, Drogon!
1st Place, Daenerys Targaryen: 98 FN’F Score (2011-2019) 63 ep.
My captain, my captain. Daenerys was always my queen. From the very first season, she was the character I rooted for. Back then, no one knew who would die or who would come out on top, and her constant growth kept me coming back for more. I appreciated her ideals; every decision she made had merit, and I could envision her as the rightful leader of the Seven Kingdoms. If I were in that world, she would be the one I would have bent the knee to.
Then, the fire nation attacked. Yes, that is an Avatar pun, but I mean it quite literally. She went completely nuts-oh, abandoning all her ideals and burned innocent lives. Not only did she destroy King's Landing, but she also reduced her entire outlook on life to ash. I never thought power would go to her head, but with the Mad King's blood running through her veins, I suppose it was bound to happen.
Despite her transformation from hero to villain, just look at that score! She came so close to breaking into the 100s club—what a shame! Yet, a score of 98 is nothing to dismiss. She will certainly be a contender when we form our top council. Compared to characters from across the multiverse, she scored higher than Hawkeye from the MCU and Crosshair from Star Wars. So far, this is the best score that has come out of Game of Thrones. Do you think Jon or any other character will be able to surpass her? Better subscribe to find out!

But what about Rhaegar Targaryen? Although I guess he wasn't a recurring character (unfortunately)
