Welcome back to Feats N’ Faults where we use our Tiered Point System to rank and record our favorite characters. If you want a rundown on how points are awarded, please check out the About page. Below is our Tier System for reference.
We are back with another round of MCU Villains. We are still wading through the dregs of characters that just weren’t able to make that big of an impact with Feats N’ Faults. Some of these guys might surprise you. While others you might not even remember. It is an interesting group we got this feed. We are ranking MCU Villains from 62nd to 54th place.
Let’s Get Started!
MCU: Villains
In 62nd Place we have Typhoid Mary with a 6 FN’F Score. I am going to give you all a guess on where in the MCU she is from. Go on take your best guess. Let me know in the comments and then come right back up. Eh wrong. She is from Iron Fist season 2. Remember the worst received Netflix Marvel show that somehow got a second season? Yeah, I don’t blame you for skipping it. I did when it came out. The thing is this season was actually pretty good. It was better than the first and made me want a third season. We will most likely never see these characters again since they don’t have the love like Daredevil and Jessica have.
Mary was one of the main villains in that season. Even with an entire season she was not able to do much. Having all that screen time and still only scoring 6 is pretty pathetic. She is the only character that is not tied on this list. She is securely at the bottom.
In 61st place we have Ikaris with 7 FN’F Score. Eternals is still my least favorite Marvel project. I went in with literally no expectations and came out with that not even being met. Ikaris might not see himself as the villain, but he definitely was. He only had one movie. Plus, it was shared with like a million other leads but that is no real excuse for his score of 7. With all his power and the longevity that he lived he should have been able to squeak out a couple more points. He just flew too close to the Sun, I guess.
In 60th Place we have The Tinkerer with 7 FN’F Score. Yeah, that’s right. This tubby little beautiful man tied with basically a god. It just goes to show you that anyone can compete in Feats N’ Faults. While he might not be able to fly or shoot beams from his eyes The Tinkerer was still a vital member of the Falcon’s team. He built all the tech and was the main intel source for his crew. Proving to be a vital contributor. While a 7 might be mediocre for a god. A 7 is decently impressive for a background character in one movie. Not too shabby.
In 59th Place we have Corvus Glaive with 7 FN’F Score as well. He was the best performing member of Thanos’ children. That isn’t saying too much but it is worth noting. He has some impressive Feats by being able to sneak past the Avengers and break into Wakanda. His main problem is like the others. He only showed up in two movies and shared his screen time with a ton of other characters. I doubt many of you even knew what his name actually was.
In 58th Place we have my man, the Grandmaster with …. you guessed it 7 FN’F Score. While Goldblum was able to make a huge impact with his acting. The character just was not able to push past his limits. Still, you can’t skip past this guy. What a performance and what a fun character. He made Thor Ragnarök for me. Gave us a menacing yet funny villain which is a hard combo to pull off. Bravo Jeff Goldblum. Bravo.
Finally, we have a higher score than 7! In 57th Place we have Vulture with 8 FN’F Score. Surprised to see him this low? Yeah, me too. He found out Peter’s identity but most of the villains seem to when they fight Spider-Man. He flies around and kills a couple guys. In the end he is the one who blows himself up. So, yeah, I guess he does deserve to be this low on the list. Oh no, looks like we have a lot of 8s coming up.
In 56th Place is Foolkiller with 8 FN’F Score. If you don’t recognize him, he is from the 3rd season of Jessica Jones. No superpowers but a very capable serial killer. He gave Jessica a run for her money. If he just didn’t leave that one survivor. He was great at working the system though. No evidence means you could never touch this guy. If Jessica every got frustrated and just beat him then he could file charges against her. It was quite the dilemma.
In 55th Place we have another Spider-Man villain, The Lizard with 8 FN’F Score. I do not remember much with this guy. He did not leave an impact on me. His story is a bit tragic but all in all I’d say he is pretty forgettable. He tried to turn the city into lizard men? Spider-Man stopped him. The worst part is he saved Spider-Man. He is supposed to be a villain! Why save your nemesis. That’s why he is stuck at 8 points.
Lastly in 54th Place is Batroc the Leaper with 8 FN’F Score as well. He was a villain briefly in Captain America: Winter Soldier. He then showed up again in the opening of Falcon and Winter Soldier. I find it impressive when these background characters are able to score above a five. Still there is not much to say about this guy. He exists. He does some bad guy things. The heroes win. Enough said.
